Our Services

What we do

Expert Dog Care

We treat every dog as an individual. That means paying attention to their breed, their personality, and their energy on the day. Everyone gets proper play, quiet time when they need it, and to be known by name (never just their tag).

Spacious play areas

Three purpose-built spaces designed with dogs in mind. Plenty of room to run, sniff and play, with tunnels, ramps and toys, kept clean and safe throughout the day.

Dog Safety

Safety starts with knowing your dog. Their name, their quirks, what sets them off, what makes them happy. When we actually pay attention, we spot the small stuff before it becomes a problem.

All-in-one Pricing

One clear rate for the day. Play, rest and cuddles are all included. Optional extras are clearly priced and there are no hidden fees, so you always know exactly what you're paying.

Questions You Have

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I take a tour?

We do not provide in-person tours, as they can be unsettling for the dogs in our care. Just like if your dog gets riled up when someone new comes to your home, the same happens here, but with all the dogs in our facility. If you'd like to see our space, please get in touch and we'll happily share more details.
All dogs must have a current C5 vaccination (or equivalent), including protection against Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, and Bordetella (kennel cough), to ensure a safe environment for all dogs.
Daycare gives your pup the chance to socialise, play, exercise, and release their energy in a safe and supervised environment. Regular attendance prevents boredom, loneliness, and anxiety from being left home alone while parents are at work, supporting your pup's overall emotional wellbeing and happiness.
We don't provide main meals during daycare unless it's medically required, so please feed your dog before drop-off. We're happy to give medication during the day, following your or your vet's instructions. Please label it clearly with your dog's name, the dose and when to give it.
Dogs over 8 months of age are generally required to be spayed or neutered to participate in daycare, unless otherwise approved following a temperament assessment.
We will always let you know if we feel your dog is not enjoying their time at Hani's Playground, but your dog's behaviour will often show it too. Dogs should come home happily tired after a fun day of play and socialisation, and arrive excited and comfortable to attend daycare. We closely monitor all dogs for signs of stress and remove them from situations that may cause discomfort or anxiety.
Yes, dogs at Hani's Playground are separated into different playgroups. We carefully consider each dog's size, temperament, age, energy level, play style, confidence, and social behaviour when allocating them to a play group to ensure a safe, positive, and comfortable environment for every pup.
All staff at Hani's Playground are trained in animal first aid and can manage minor injuries such as small scratches or cuts using our onsite first aid supplies. In the event of a serious injury or urgent illness, we will contact you immediately and transport your pup to a local veterinary clinic for treatment if required.
Before attending daycare, all dogs must have an up-to-date C5 vaccination record provided to us. Please ensure your dog arrives wearing their collar with ID tags and council registration disc, along with a secure lead for safe drop-off and pick-up. To help maintain a safe and positive environment for all dogs, we kindly ask that toys, bedding, treats, or personal items are left at home, as these can sometimes encourage possessive behaviour between dogs.
